We do not receive your calendar or selected files. This policy explains what stays on your device and what ordinary website requests or support emails can disclose.
Calendar data and files
Your calendar stays in this browser. FizziLabs does not receive, upload, sell, or share the dates you enter or the contents of files you select. The application has no calendar database, user accounts, session recording, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts.
CSV, TSV, TXT, XLS, and XLSX files are read temporarily on your device to extract valid dates. The app retains only the extracted date strings, not the source file, other columns, names, or notes. The original file remains wherever you saved it on your computer. File names may appear temporarily in import messages, but are not saved with your calendar.
Manually typed or pasted field text, date-field edit times, and the original calendar year are retained locally to preserve editing and reload behavior. Avoid entering information you do not want saved on a shared device.
Encryption and retention
Saved calendar data uses authenticated encryption on your device. Your browser also holds the key so your calendar can reopen automatically without a password. We do not receive the calendar or its key and cannot recover either.
Encryption does not prevent access by someone using your browser profile, software with this site's permissions, or a compromised device. Use a browser profile you trust. This is not a password-protected vault.
Existing saved calendars migrate to encrypted storage when the browser allows it. An older copy may remain unencrypted until migration succeeds. If encrypted saving is unavailable, the save indicator warns you and new edits are not saved as plaintext.
The app sets no age-based expiry. Browser cleanup, private browsing, damaged storage, or lost keys can make dates unavailable. Keep independent backups. Clear All removes the saved calendar; browser site-data controls can remove the app's other local storage.
Website requests and hosting
The public website is delivered through Cloudflare. Loading a page or asset sends ordinary request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser/request headers, and request time, to the hosting infrastructure. Cloudflare may process request, routing, and security information, and may make some hosting information available to us. This is separate from calendar values and selected file contents, which the app does not include in requests.
Hosting information is used to deliver and protect the website, diagnose failures, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the provider's services and settings; we do not promise a fixed deletion period or that infrastructure receives no data. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The application does not set tracking cookies. Hosting security features may use necessary security cookies or checks under the provider's policies. Our application assets are served from this site; opening an external county-source link contacts that publisher under its own policies.
Emails you choose to send
If you email [email protected], we and our email service providers receive your address, message, and any attachments you choose to include. We use them to respond, resolve the issue, and handle related security or legal obligations. Do not send private calendars or source files unless you intend to share them.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, related follow-up, security, or legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete correspondence using the same support address. Applicable legal retention requirements and verification may limit a request.
Tracking choices
FizziLabs does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this tool. The app does not track your activity across websites. Its behavior stays the same whether a browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control: there is no application advertising sale or sharing to opt out of. Necessary hosting and security processing still applies.
We do not embed third-party advertising, analytics, or session-recording services. Provider security processing and external sites you choose to visit are described above.
California privacy requests
California privacy rights depend on the law and whether its coverage requirements apply. When applicable, the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, provides rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. Those rights are preserved.
Contact [email protected] for a privacy request, including a request through an authorized agent. We will review it under applicable law, request only verification reasonably needed for the request, and explain any legal exception or limitation. We cannot access or change calendar data that exists only in your browser; you can edit it or use Clear All directly.
